Studio Policy
1.Kids classes are operated on a school schedule.
We will have Thanksgiving week break, a week of Christmas and Spring break. Studio will be open for all other holidays.
2.Children should have hair up in a pony tail, bun or braid, and wear leotard and leggings every time,not a T-Shirt.
3.No jewelry allowed in silk classes, except small studs in the ears.
4.We account every spot in our aerial group to keep appropriate ratio of student/teacher for the best quality of learning. If you want to take a break, please notify us one month ahead, so we can plan and give each child equal opportunity. If you decide to return, we will love you to come back, however we cannot guarantee a spot in the same class.
6.All new enrolling students require security deposit of one month payment, this payment will apply towards your last month of classes. If you abruptly stopped coming, the deposit is not refundable.
7.Your child can have one makeup class per month if they miss due to sickness only, please notify the teacher. There are no other exceptions.
8.Kids classes charged monthly, payment is due by 7 day of each month, late fee $15 will apply after that date.
8.Summer schedule is from June 1 to August 31, times and dates of classes can be different. Please let us know one month ahead , if your child will take summer classes or break.
9.Plese bring your child on time and ready for class, so they can have the most productive learning.
